The Granary has been converted with skill and imagination to enhance all its original characteristics. The front door opens into a hallway leading to the living room, kitchen , stairwell and cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
The light and spacious lounge has a gas fire and is comfortably furnished with settee, easy chairs, colour television, and items of occasional furniture. A seleciton of childrens games are provided.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with fitted units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge (a second fridge is provided in the dining room) dishwasher, freezer hostess trolley and washer dryer.
A massive stone inglenook with a Clearview log burning stove sets the character in the dining room, with wooden beamed ceiling enhancing its barn like feel. In the centre of the room is a large farmhouse style table and chairs with mellow walls to compliment. (logs are provided)
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom, with ensuite shower, wash hand basin and toilet is ideal as a family room containing a double and single bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a vanity unit. The third bedroom contains twin beds and a vanity unit. Fresh linen is provided for the beds which have duvets. There is also a folding bed for occassional use. The bathroom contains a bath and shower over, wash hand basin & toilet, towels included. There are night storage heaters throughout the property.
A cot and high chair are provided. Electricity is included in the rental cost. In the front is a gravel courtyard and a large lawn to the rear. There is ample parking, garden furniture, sand pit and barbeque. Regrettable no pets allowed. Tesco.com deliver to the area. Milkman will call by arrangement four times a week. A mobile fruit and vegetable supplier can deliver on Tuesday's, and a butcher on Friday's.
